Revoke your purchase or ordered the wrong product?

The customer has the right to return products that the customer does not wish to keep within 20 days (right of withdrawal). The right of withdrawal does not cover special products and customer-unique items or profile products.

When returning a product that the customer does not wish to keep (right of withdrawal), a return slip issued by Kontorsshop.se must be included and the product must be returned in its original condition and in unbroken packaging. The return is submitted to Posten and return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you want to replace an item, you can easily do so by returning it to us and ordering a new one at Kontorsshop.se.

Received a defective product, a product with transport damage or a wrongly delivered product?

Any defects in the product must be reported within 7 days of the defect being discovered. Visible transport damage must be reported to the driver and noted on the waybill immediately upon receipt in order to be able to claim against Kontorsshop.se.

Costs for return shipping of defective products, wrongly delivered products and transport damage are borne by Kontorsshop.se after an approved complaint. Return slip and shipping slip issued by Kontorsshop.se must accompany the returned goods. It is included that Posten collects the return on site.

  2. Go under "My Orders" and "Order History + Track Your Order + Return Product."
  3. Click on the " SE ORDER " symbol with a "Magnifying glass ." Here you choose which product/article you want to return by clicking on the Green Arrow "Return Product"
  4. Fill in the form and click Continue..

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days after the return reaches our warehouse for us to start processing the case. We do everything we can to handle your return as quickly as possible.

Defects that are not reported within one year of the product being delivered to the customer cannot be asserted. For consumers, mandatory consumer legislation applies at all times.
